We are pleased to announce the creation of Franklin Morris Company, established in 2024, formally completed projects as Centex Utilities, LLC (Est. 2018). Now, in addition to underground utilities we have expanded to offer, but not limited to, concrete flatwork, dirt work and dry utilities.
Our work area covers the I-35 corridor and reasonable distances East and West through Central Texas.
